Uncut and NME Originals
These were offshoots of the familiar N.M.E and Uncut magazines, with plundered material from both magazines’ long and extensive photographic and editorial back catalogues.
Each issue was themed around a different artist, band or movement. It was fascinating to get the opportunity to explore the extensive, historic picture archives of Melody Maker and N.M.E., and had great fun producing each magazine’s individual-themed identity.

Starting as a pasted-together fanzine on a battered old mac, Jockey Slut evolved into a well-regarded, globally distributed authority on the dance music scene.
Looked after all aspects of the design and creative direction of the magazine, record labels and club night – Bugged Out.
